Stylish Art Deco | Hipódromo Condesa

Elegant Art Deco apartment in the heart of Hipódromo Condesa, set within the historic layout of Mexico City’s former racetrack. Two bedrooms, authentic architecture and details that evoke the sophistication of the 1920s, complemented by modern comforts. Steps from Parque México and Avenida Amsterdam, ideal for guests seeking a timeless, quiet stay with character in one of the city’s most iconic and architecturally rich neighborhoods.

Located in the Hipódromo section of Condesa, this apartment sits within one of Mexico City’s most architecturally significant areas. The neighborhood was developed on the grounds of a former racetrack inaugurated in 1910 by the Jockey Club Mexicano. Today, Avenida Amsterdam preserves the original oval shape of the track, while its center became the iconic Parque México.

Staying here means inhabiting a space shaped by that legacy.

Set on the first floor of a historic Art Deco building, the apartment retains classic proportions, geometric details and a calm, residential atmosphere. At the same time, it has been adapted with modern comforts for an easy and comfortable stay.

The living room is the heart of the home. The furniture invites slow conversation, and the vinyl record player adds a sensory layer that enhances the authentic character of the space. It is designed for guests who appreciate architecture, ambiance and a quieter rhythm.

The entire apartment is laid out on a single level and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, one full bathroom and two bedrooms with exterior windows—each with its own TV. The social areas are not overly bright due to the building’s original configuration, while the bedrooms receive natural light.

This is an ideal stay for guests who value architectural character, residential tranquility and a central location.
